Synthesis and Characterization of Some Metals Complexes with New Acidicazo Ligand 4-[(2-Amino-4-Phenylazo)-Methyl]-Cyclohexane Carboxylic Acid

4-[(2-Amino-4-phenylazo)-methyl]-cyclo hexane carboxylic acid, a new Azo (LH2) ligand, was synthesized by reaction of the diazonium salt trans-4-(amino-methyl) cyclo acid with 3-amino phenol. The azo ligand characterized micro elemental analysis (C.H.N.O.) and TGA as well spectroscopic techniques (UV-Vis, FTIR, 1H-NMR, LC-Mass). Atomic absorption, analysis, infrared, LC-Mass, TGA, UV-Vis spectral methods, conductivity magnetic susceptibility, were used to characterize complexes Ni (II), Pd Pt (IV). following general formula has been given for produced compounds based on results obtained, which are following: (II) complex 1:1 metal-ligand ratio, but (IV) have 1:2 ratio.
